Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan covers one project with basic cue management and CSV export — no card required. Move up to Solo or Team whenever you outgrow it.
Which platforms does Conduct Studio run on?
Conduct Studio is a Mac-first desktop app with a connected web workspace for collaboration and director review. A Windows build isn't available yet.
Can directors review cues without an account?
Yes. Share a secure review link and directors can listen, watch against picture, and leave timecoded notes — no sign-up required on their end.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly or annually (save ~20% on annual), per seat where it applies. Change your plan or cancel anytime from your account settings.
Is there a trial of the paid plans?
You can start on the Free plan with no card and upgrade whenever you're ready. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually and you can change or cancel anytime — so there's no separate trial to manage.
How do team seats work?
Team plans are billed per seat. Add or remove collaborators from your account settings and your billing adjusts accordingly. External collaborators like directors don't need a paid seat to review cues.
Where is my data stored, and can I export it?
Your projects sync to a secure cloud workspace with encrypted backups. You can export your account data and project information at any time from your account settings.
Can I cancel, and what happens to my projects?
Yes — cancel anytime from your account. Your projects stay accessible within the Free plan's limits, and your audio and metadata remain yours to export.
Is Windows supported? What's on the roadmap?
Conduct Studio is Mac-first today; a Windows build isn't available yet. Real-time collaboration, AI spot analysis, and DAW integration are the active focus.
Does it work offline?
Yes — Conduct Studio is built to keep working through a full day with no internet. Your edits queue locally and sync automatically when you reconnect.
