Consumers receive the mandatory information, cancellation and withdrawal rights that apply in their country. The Terms explain the 14-day withdrawal route and the Billing page provides a direct request control. Nothing on this site limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

The public launch is intended for supported customers in the EU/EEA, United Kingdom, United States, and Canada other than Québec. The service is not offered to Québec residents until French documents and the required Québec privacy assessment are available.
